Payment methods – We accept bacs payment, cash or cheque.
Cats can be collected prior to the departure day; however, you will be charged for the total period booked.
Deposit – no deposit is required (other than at Christmas when full payment is required) however all fees must be paid upon collection of your cat prior to leaving the premises.
Rates – Our fees are on a day rate, including day of arrival and departure. There is no extra charge for Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Years’ Day but full payment is required 14 days prior to your booking and is non-refundable for this period only.
Out of hours by prior agreement at extra cost.

Only cats from the same household may share a pen.
Long Term Boarding – Any booking for longer than 21 days will require a 50% deposit on booking which is non-refundable.
Booking – Please ensure you have read all the Terms and Conditions, including the medical consent form which is to be signed prior to or upon arrival.
